I was lucky enough to be able to sit down with the living legend Talib Kweli while he was in town Saturday to perform at L-A-X. Talib Kweli speaks on a possible Black Star reunion album, his new solo album Prisoner of Conscience, touring with Mos, Jean Grae, his thoughts on the Amy Whinehouse situation and addiction, “elitist” hip hop heads who don’t wanna see underground mc’s blow up, his new single with Nelly, who is favorite producer of all time is, and much more!
